Welcome to Cranetechconnect.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, which connects crane professionals (“Helpers”) with individuals and businesses seeking crane-related technical support (“Help Seekers”).

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By registering for an account or using our contact features, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Platform Use

  • Help Seekers can browse technician profiles and initiate direct communication through our on-site messaging system.

  • Helpers (technicians) create and manage their own public profiles, including areas of expertise, availability, and contact preferences.

  • All service discussions, rates, and support details are handled privately between users through our messaging interface.

 

3. Accounts and Profiles

To be listed or contacted on the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Keep your profile and status up to date

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or contain misleading content.

 

4. Availability Status

Helpers can indicate whether they are “Available” or “Not Available” using a status toggle in their dashboard. This availability setting:

  • Serves only as a notice to help seekers

  • Does not prevent help seekers from initiating contact at any time

It is the user’s responsibility to communicate their true availability when contacted.

 

5. Professional Conduct

All users agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally

  • Refrain from harassment, spam, or offensive behavior

  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent qualifications

  • Use the platform for legitimate crane-related support purposes only

 

6. Payments and Arrangements

  • Cranetechconnect.com does not set pricing. Helpers and Help Seekers negotiate their own service rates directly.

  • When both parties agree to proceed, payment is processed through our platform.

  • A 15% service fee is applied to each transaction. This fee is deducted from the total amount paid by the Help Seeker.

  • This fee is subject to change at any time. Any updates will be posted on the site and apply to future transactions only.

  • Cranetechconnect does not handle disputes or guarantee service outcomes. Users are responsible for setting clear expectations and resolving issues directly.

  • Cranetechconnect.com reserves the right to withhold payment to any Helper for any reason and to issue partial or full refunds to Help Seekers at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of reported misconduct, unresolved complaints, or violations of these Terms. All decisions regarding refunds and payments are final.

 

7. Disclaimers

Cranetechconnect.com is a connection platform only. We do not:

  • Employ, certify, or verify the technicians listed

  • Guarantee the accuracy of user profiles or the results of any interaction

  • Participate in pricing, communication, or service terms between users

All use of the platform and communication is at your own risk.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove user accounts for violating these Terms or engaging in behavior that compromises the safety, trust, or professionalism of the platform.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform features on Cranetechconnect.com are our intellectual property. Users may not copy, reproduce, or alter any part of the platform without written permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Cranetechconnect.com is not liable for:

  • Communication or payment disputes between users

  • Service outcomes or damages resulting from platform use

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
